We've seen how laggers could ruin our gameplay experiences. We fire at the target but it disappears, only to reappear at another spot to hit us before we could even respond.
On the streets of era, it probably isn't a big deal. But in events, spars or even the new Battle Royale - its a huge pain.
As such, I propose that players that have been detected by the system to have had significant lag be fined 400 gralats.
Don't worry, this won't kill the game as it will encourage these laggers to do the necessary to fix their internet, for the betterment of everyone in the community.
