We need gun refunds

ok i know we have all been in this kind of situation that we bought a gun that we dont like for an example me i bought the mp 40 and i dont want it anymore for me its a bad gun i wanted to refund it for more than a month and i know im not the only one i did the same mistake over 4 times i know the refunds would be broken as hell but there are some ideas i had about it

1.refunds would be 80% or 90% of all money you paid example 10k gun i going to be refunded for 9k...
2.refunds would be at every gun shop
3. old and rare guns would be refunded for 100% gralats
4.vip refunds
5.ec weapons would be refunded for either Ec or Gralats (we would have the availability to choose )

and basically these were the ideas i had

The idea has been brought up before, but Staff has rejected the idea every time saying that it would discourage players from buying Gralats Packs.
