I was a Era player on through the platform Facebook.
Recently wanted to get back to it with some friends but my save is gone.
I'm using the same Facebook account I used years ago but I didn't have my save.
What can I do to find back my save?
I tried account identify but it didn't find any.
I have my Era user id through Facebook, not sure if it helps.

Edit: Same thing happened to other games, Classic, Zone, etc.
Im currently having the same problem, I have an account identified on same email, my account linked to facebook has 5k+ hours and 200k kills but when I try it on phone, it shows a noob acc with almost 200hours.
