Make jailing support better..

Make jailing support like https://support.toonslab.com/ better.. Lots of good friends of mine have been jailed for no reason and when they get unjailed they get auto jail again. I'm pretty sure most of you have heard about this jail glitch. Most of the time players get no answer from support, hence why most players turn to forums or in-game staff for help and they get the same answer all over again. "We can't do anything you should send a ticket to toonslab support".

Maybe hire more than 2 people to work on the tickets so they can get answers quickly and also try fixing that jail glitch? When I came back from 2 month inactivity only 5 minutes into the game I got a warning for no reason.

if you are talking about the jail glitch that is called "altering graal era files" then dont worry, i heard they are working on it but its hard to find wheres the mistake in the Scripting.
