Must be Active 15+ Hours Weekly.
Must know basic knowledge of the Game (For PR's)

I don't recommend joining servers who hires PRs way before developing the game. What're they supposed to do? look after the grass for misbehavior?

Help's the server become Player-Based, and More Population the more of a chance for players
