Should i have been banned for uploading?

So i just uploaded a head i made for fun and i got temporarily banned for uploading. This is the head https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...24c382d0f1.jpg does uploading this head really deserve a 48 hour ban?
it literally fits within all upload rules. it should have been accepted, at the very most just deny it.

I guess its because of the shape and size of the head:
"-Do not upload customs which are significantly larger or smaller than the templates"
You usually get banned from for uploading when you try to upload same head/body after being denied multiple times... or maybe the staff member just missclicked
