Can't Upload my Edited Head. What Gives?

So, the head I had for quite awhile got refunded today. It came as a shocker since I did not see in no way how it's illegal. When I asked Yuki, she told me "non-human" heads are illegal. Since my head doesn't have a mouth, it's considered illegal. I then added a month and did a few little edits. Now I can't upload it at all. I get the same message of please do not resubmit this image.

So please tell me what is non-human about my head now that I added a mouth and it has eyes? It's a bit infuriating when there are other customs that have no mouth but still roam around Era no problem. The fact that I cannot upload the slight edit of the head I been wearing for the past few years is disheartening. Need some help here.

That's not the issue at hand, did you even read what he wrote?

I've had the same issue with my head and it being all "non-human" and such. Perhaps it depends on the staff reviewing the upload?

I say it for this part, I had the same problem with a head and I solved it by modifying the colors
