but m249 freezes you more than aa-12 the m249 doesn't allow you to move while shoot like aa-12 its like it creates something invisible while you shoot

please change freeze rate of M249 is bad standing still while others kills you buff it a little make it like same stats from Minigun or Little Higher would be more worth getting it
