I'm almost certain hat drops were disabled on the snowmen. Killed another bunch (30+) and still no new hats. Players who've been attacking snowmen I build haven't gotten a hat as far as I've seen....

And I take it that no one knows the drop rate percentage for the hats and Cc?

I think the drops (hats and Cc katana) were disabled since I've made about 50 snowmen and killed them and haven't gotten anything from and I barely have any of the hats.


That or my luck is...
