We don't allow players have custom hats. You can buy hats or get hats from contests, birhtdays but not custom ones.

He already got warned for what he have done, You got a warn. You start getting jailed in 3rd warn and you got some. So each time you get warned you get jailed.

If you got jailed is probably because you have been doing something wrong, as you know is not the first time and each time you get warned (not jail) the time of your jail increases. What i recommend...

I am sometimes in other servers like Ol'west - I appear as online but sometimes i don't get PMs from other servers that's why. If you pm me i will just answer you.

It's a global problem on iOS server, not only on iEra. That's something we can't really fix, it needs higher fix.
