It doesn't really matter if you can find one that you like and it suits your needs perfectly then it would be ok to get one that's already made. Except building one is usually cheaper.

Building works a lot better than buying because its custom to your tastes, also you can make your machine an absolute beast. (In the gaming specs kind of monster) :p
