The refund price should depend on the shape the gun is in. For example, if the gun is in perfect shop you get 75% of the price back, if good shape 50% and under good is 25%

Everytime I visit southridge it seems so.... Dead. There's usually 20-40 people I see there but it's not enough!! It could use stuff like new gun shops, new melee shop, more hidden locations besides...
