Its no reason, it literally says "please dont resubmit because you submitted a bad file" the first time i sent it in, i just want to know whats wrong so i can fix it

Now im not telling anybody how to do there job, but i would at least like to know whats wrong with the file after i have perfectly submitted it just fine before. All i did was recolour my shield...
