Prison run would be cool if you look at furutpre develope meets there is a whole threas about guards and prisoners against each other.
Also go through you setting in era on your profile and change them so that era can run faster

Yh upgrade the police station and make an under ground prison
Wow that's a really good idea and the prison they make for event could be one in graal on an island like Alcatraz so there's boats and they can swim but they get a head start and the guards get boats
If they could make a prison off the west of the game and make an island for it and you could hire bot gaurds it would make the game more realistic and then you could develops on my idea.
