Buying houses outright wouldnt be a good idea, theyd all be bought up fast and then theyd just be ignored, if theyre constantly being bought and rented out by new people itd always be different and...

There should be a few options, with some houses being 1500 for 24 hour rent, 5000 for a week and 12500 for a month, with no options for perminant housing since people would just buy up all the houses...
