If I knew the number of tec9's rate of fire, I'd have used it. The tec, however, doesn't fire as fast as minigun. It does serve nearly the same role, though.

Sorry, but we have a rainbow firing gun in existence on PC Era, and there's only one because if two are fired at the same time, the server lag spikes.

There's a couple on PC, some don't even have the silencer attached. There's a rusty one, it'd be worth your time to go and try to get one on iEra.

If anything, because of the sheer madness you could put out with it, I'd price it at around 65k, Drum Barrel included for 15k. So 50k without the barrel.
