I mean it could look like you're macroing from someone else's perspective, if you're mining and people are trying to talk to you and you didn't reply then people may just assume you were macroing.

It's generally pretty easy to tell. I mean, if you drag someone away from mining they will continue the same actions repeatedly even though they aren't mining it's pretty obvious they are macroing....

If he was hacking using your IP how did he get it? Accounts aren't stored to your IP address anyway so I don't see him being able to gain access even if he had your IP.

When you copyright something it doesn't stay that way forever, the song is probably old and is now considered public domain (the copyright has expired).

Yeah, legally. A hell of a lot of people download the textures though, you won't get banned and I've never seen anyone get into any sort of trouble about it.
