I've uploaded a shield and it got disapproved. The reason why it was disapproved was because of inappropriate animation but the file doesn't have an animation, it's on .png format. Uhh what seem to...

Why do some heads and shield get disapprove because of inappropriate animation even though the files are on .png format meaning they're not animation :/
