It's different for everyone, some people are either good at events or not and people usually get ec at different rates like for example I get 0-2 ec a day and other people get like 1-3 or even more.

I don't think this would be good considering you're probably going to kill a lot of cops in the process of trying to get a gangster base. So the likely hood of you changing your align would be high.

Yea I misread it but, I miss not having a limit. I have 10k stacks of most of the freebies but, it's depressing considering I can't get anymore.

It's pretty easy to use door charges but, I just don't choose to use anymore. I don't base anymore so thats why I have so much freebies :)

True but, you can have more than 10k for a limited time but, they disappear after a while.
I had to learn about the limit the hard way.
