Unfortunately they removed water's ability so it's literally an electric staff without an ability. Which is why I'm proposing that they need to add one.

Why does electric staff have a stun effect and water has nothing? It seems a little stupid, since the ability was removed I think they should either re-add it or add a new ability.

I think what happens is that when you're first hit, it shows 41 dmg and when you're hit again your hp shows 33. It takes the .5 and turns it into a whole number but it's still there.
