im so pissed, my head, which has been approved once, is now being denied.........and they say its a bad file, but its not.......

i aint crying. im sorry if i get proud of my art......i take pride in it......geeze -_-

i worked very hard on this edit to make sure this met every requirements that era has for custom edits/uploads

my body custom, which i took a couple days to edit, is being denied for incorrect pixel dimensions even though my upload has been saved with the correct dimensions.....id like to know why this is...
