Nah - the location of all items is to be added (Coming Soon), just like auction items, VIP items will not be for sale in shops.

So if auction items are added, will they be bought for the same price the person bought?

The won't be added outside of auctions...so no. They will only be sold in auctions ongoing.

If all goes well, we were thinking of adding an online purchase sequence (just like GTA5) and that would work the same way as uploads.

Though, we still have to talk with snk about it to see if it's possible in near future.
