    Exclamation Need help with transparency problem!

    My friend made a shield,a gif (animated) shield. My friend and I took turns to upload the code and both of us kept receiving a message saying the shield is disapprove.Please set transparency..or whatever.But my friend and i set transparency already please help me asap >~<
