At the top of northridge by the box factory they have a skateboard arena and below that after walking down the stairs is a pk arena and i believe this would be the perfect place for a base. And i realize that things would have to be changed like putting in doors. But maybe after getting off the stairs you could add in a divider that has doors on it leading into the base. What are your thoughts on this?
