So I've contacted Lollo recently and I asked him to make a short comment on this specific VIP weapon. He was kindly enough to answer the question and here it is.

As always, the theme of the VIP item is always about customization, as you seen in the previous ones I always gave to players a chance to choose their favorite color. This time has been a gun, something different and maybe unexpected. They key is not being repetitive, its about giving what the players like.

Finally, I don't know about you but I've been worried.
But I guess I don't have to worry anymore since its here.
I have tested the damage of the weapon and it seems to be 8 damage on players
People have told me '7-8' and I will stick with that.

Damage: 7-8
Skins/Camos Available: 8
How do I get it?: VIP/7500 Gralats
Does it freeze a lot?: It's pretty good for a pistol.
The estimate freeze time is 1.2 seconds or below.
