Surely a lot of people who tend to litter their gralats will then instead of saving, open the bank to get gralats then waste them? All you guys need to do is just get in the right mind set, the server doesn't need this type of thing imo

i think its a great idea, i mean we have the bank of era that has no use so far.
this could let you save up gralats and collect more and store it all in the bank so you wont waste it all.

You played other games that you can see houses or places that can't be entered, they don't need to be used by others. It's just the deco it has.
Bank or not.Nothing much is going to change except making things troublesome for the staffs.If temptation of spending your money is the reason why you want banks to be implemented,you'll have to have a better reason.
Just get a disciplined mind.
