Add a new spar arena

We have had all the spar arenas for ages I think everyone would agree on to have a new arena and place so we can have bigger gang spar arenas, more rooms for sparring 1v1 and maybe put the gang wars in there, if you have any ideas what they should do to make a new better arena post your ideas here!

New spar hats could take some time, and it would be sort of like a lower class spar hat, that's the best way to put it. I would be happy for just a new arena.
