If the player pays the money required I believe the higher ups in Graal (Stefan and Unixmad) don't care. Besides what steps would you take? Ban all players with iFile? Fine players who use others customs? No. Just no.

I used to rage when people ifile my graphics so I made a site and gave away my customs. Now I don't care so i'm free! XD

You could change it around soo the custom is never saved clientside, instead they are saved serverside

Would increase lag but would prevent custom stealing

Custom stealing>Lag. Run2Die stole one of my customs and is selling it but I would rather him have it then me have to experience crazy lag.
