Looks great, but selecting 20 gangs could lead to a problem. By the third round, there will be an odd number of remaining gangs. I suggest allowing either only 16 or 32 gangs, as a way to prevent odd number of remaining gangs left in the tournament.

Great Idea!this was not only allow the sparrers get to have the spotlight,everyone will be given a fair chance to get chosen.
How will the even number issue be tackled?
When the whole gang gets selected how many players will representing the gang for GST?
If you're gang is top 5 in basing and also top 10 in kills,can I assume that they will only fill up one spot while the top 11th gang that killed the most will get selected and take it's place?

Hmm, how about top 4 basing, top 4 sparring and top 8 kill gangs?
