Question on PR application

Do they only read the applications when its over. If not, if they read your application and you don't get a reply. Does that mean your not hired.

Applications are read through the entire hiring period which I believe is a month. While some people may be hired earlier than others, it doesn't mean you are out of the race as many will be held as a possibility but we want to compare to all candidates who may apply before making a decision. You cannot be completely sure that you are not selected until we close applications and name all selected individuals.
