He's talking about today, he just hosted events for the first time I think. So it will take some time for him to learn all the commands and such.
Well of course he's bound to make mistakes OreOs, he just started. I don't see why players like giving new staff a hard time calling them noobs and such, it's just disappointing to me when I see that.

Once you've learned the basics of being staff though, you're all set. Then, players won't bash on you as much. It still happens on occasion, but as people nowadays say, "Haters gonna hate."
