Inappropriate language in different languages

I have seen many players using inappropriate language in a different language. Is that allowed since not everyone understands the words? I'm asking this because nothing's being done. This doesn't bother me much. Just wanted to inform you.

They can use it but it doesn't have anything to do with us.
If someone understands that language, that admin can gag/jail the player.
If you don't actually know what he/she is saying, it's best to stay away.

If you understand what the person is saying in a different language that is inappropriate, report it and an admin will take a look and translate if needed, or you can PM an admin directly.

Also some things to keep in mind is those words have literal meanings in different languages it sometimes isn't translated into an insult that it would be in English. True yes sometimes people use it as an insult, but sometimes it might not also be meant as an insult it's just how the word is used.

If they swear to me in their arabic language swear back at them by using top notch wifi.
