Graal iEra Problem

There's this problem i've just recently experienced, i clicked on my app and the loadscreen picture shows up, i hear sounds of players walking and shooting but the screen is still at it's loading screen, please help, i've tried re downloading the app but yet it still stuck on the loading screen.

Probably the same thing as in this thread, continue conversation there. It appears as if the server is down at the moment, but it should come back, so please be patient.
