I think that would be very overpowered. Think about it use that then use bar to finish them off, it's the ultimate move. But if the staff want to make it then I'll encourage it Mate.

Uggh,its makes players immobile so more people would use melees and if ur competing against mushrooms or such,u can just freeze players and steal their mushroom,shells etc.

What about, hmm, they freeze but you can't do any damage? (just a tought)
