No I don't think that it will comeback, but maybe the Dev will make another one or i don't know.

No one really knows, and if staff do know they wouldn't be able to tell us unless of course it was released.

That is up to Storm's decision since she is control of the Graphics Headquarters.
I doubt they will be able to retrieve all those player uploads though.
Not sure, I would contact graphics staff about that.
