I can already see so many people complaining on how 'OP' this would be. I would be okay with this if the following is addressed:
The price should be reasonable for all to be able to get (or else most complain). One thing to also point out is that new players would find it even more difficult to kill these vest-wearing players and would likely rage quit even more.
Another thing is that it would obviously take too long to kill these people.
Think about it.. shooting at these with a gun that deals 9 damage:
100 hp: 12 bullets
50 hp: 6 bullets
There are also many other things to think about.

nah, this will be quite OP because then people will get a higher advantage to others. It's like P2W lol
I wouldn't say it should add hp. It should reduce all damage taken by one for like...idk an hour. And then you have to pay for more of it.
