Who is in charge of creating achievements?

Hello,
Well I was thinking about creating new achievements cause many of the players that really do achievements, have all the same.
Putting the second hand jobs can also be a good idea for new achievements.

Here's some achievements I have thought about:

Pizzas
Oven Master (x2)
-Make 1000 pizzas

Breaking loose (x1)
-Break 500 Wood Piles

Fully Done (x1)
-Make 100 pizzas with all the ingredients

Mission Cars
Mission Aboard (x1)
-Complete 30 car missions

No time to fail! (x1)
-Complete 70 car missions without failing

Call Bond! (x3)
-Complete all Car Missions

This are all my ideas, please post yours below.

Really good names, and for the "Call Bond!" It should be about 300-500 car missions, instead of all the locations.

Breaking 500 Wood Piles will take a long time for x1 achievement(as in first).

These are actually pretty good, and the game could use more achivements than the ones they already have.

Yeap,we lack achievements tho we do need quite harder ones or ec will be ez.
