I dislike your idea. An example: People are PKing each other near 'Lethal Securities' and the guy who is walking on the road nearby.. yeah, he would just disturb their fight.
it would bring more lag to era.

Indeed but too many npcs lol!
As said, Era doesn't need to be realistic.
Especially with Graal's arial view.
Although I recall staff saying they'd add more interaction just as they did with throwing mailboxes.
