I doubt that's the new skin. Some guns that you see can be part of a deco instead of the real thing.
Finally they decided to make a room filled with gun skins.
Im guessing Fort Knox is going to be the main shop for gun skins since it pretty much has the majority of them. Also if you look on the desk there is a flashlight. That may also mean that Bitzsam may add his gun attachment idea to this shop, like the flashlight.

Luger has had its sfx changed, imo it sounded better before, but it also appears to have had a fire rate buff??

The Luger was buffed long ago due to its lack of performance for 2 years of Era days.
