Wifi jailing

I have a improvement for the jailing of people many people get mad over people getting jailed for no reason basically because they using same wifi as someone else. It would make people less mad if admins could just ip or acc jail it would keep others from getting jailed and people wouldn't rage as much over the topic.

I thought that "Wifi jailing" was IP jailing?

And the whole point of the system is to prevent people with different devices and accounts evading jail time.

As failure has stated, it's because players can go on a different account and not serve the jail time.
