My Account was banned from graal

Hello ! My account was jailed for : Hacking - Speed Hacking ? My friends got the same punitions and the same hours of jail : 166 hours ! I dont know why i did get that ? And i didnt do hacking in graal era anymore Please help

Well, if all of your friends including yourself got jailed, then that must mean that you were all playing on the same wifi, correct? If that's the case, then that means one of your friends speed hacked and got jailed for it which in turn made everyone on the same wifi get jailed for speed hacking.

Well, you can try emailing Era's email to explain the issue: [email protected]. If that doesn't work, then you're probably going to have to wait until you're released from jail.

I'd send an email to Vendhin if I were you. He's pretty good about responding to them in a timely manner. Or post in our letters to staff.

Hopefully they can fix this mess up! Were you on the same wifi as him (as in, were you at his house using his internet?)

Yes, everyone on the same wifi gets jailed as a precaution because your friend could just use different accounts to go around the jail time. If you already sent an email or created a letter to the staff, then just wait for a response.
