There are several possibilities. One, you could have been a witness to a hacker or had any communications with one. Two, it could also be your internet connection (Wifi). I've had that problem before, where some players can't kill you because your lagging. On my old account I got jailed before because people thoughts I was hacking, but my internet just sucked, lol
