Achievement for forum

I cant receive my free EC and achievement in the start fashion,NPC Jeni said they cant find my email and this my forum acc with the same email..

We were having some challenges with the achievement and sign. Please go back and touch the NPC again, if it doesn't work, see below:
Make sure that you do all of these:
-Register at Era-Go - using the same email that you use in game
-Post in Hello section
-Go to Era Fashion by Start and touch my NPC for achievement/ec
-Touch Bravo's NPC to get sign

If you did all this and it doesn't work, please post your Graal ID in the forum under Letters to Staff>Account Issues>Achievement Issues
