Event Guns???

Hey guys I'm just wondering if event guns/melees come back at certain event like for example, last years (I dunno) haloween event had like spooky bow, does that mean that other years like this years haloween would have spooky bow? Cos I really want these old event guns and I'm just saving gralats for them. This question is based on people who have played the game for more than 2 years but anyone else can answer.
And I'm sorry if my thread doesn't make sense .

Not all items that were released long ago will be added back. Some can be special occasions and others big events like Christmas etc.
Each time, new ones will be made by the staffs and get sold in shops or make as quest item.
