I'm not sure what's so wrong about Kendrick's criticism.
It literally looks as if there's a treacherous hole in the ground that seems to hurtle down forever. Possibly make it a part of the wall?

You did not fail anything. You can never fail. This piece of art is gorgeous. And I mean it. But the ScoreBoard is the thing. Don't ever say you fail, just keep trying till you succeed.
