To receive snk's birthday flag, you have to stay on the dance floor after grabbing his NPC for approximately 5-10 minutes. It will give you a notification saying, "Woah, what's this you've found!" when you've received the flag.

Lol I walked in, grabbed snk's hat and got the flag message, I don't think all that was required to get the flag lol. And his party wasn't even at the Staff Birthday house where all those peeps were crowding haha.
That's odd. I received both snk's and wdm's hats but still had to wait approximately 5-10 minutes on the dance floor to receive the message. It seemed like all of the other players had to wait as well because there were loads of players afking in there.
