Not that I know of but when we do the opportunity will be communicated on this site.

You don't need to be hired as staff to be a part of staff, it's called player contributions. Contributing your ideas, graphics, levels, etc helps iEra out a lot too. Report offending members, help a player out. Believe it or not there is a lot you can do as a player, you don't need a admin tag and staff boots to do all that.
