I suggest deleting either one of those two applications.
There's really nothing that you can do as far as I'm aware.
Delete GraalEra since you have Era+ version, the old one serves no purpose.

Re-install Era+. Graal only downloads the basic files when you first install it, as you play you download the files and images that you come across in-game which takes up more space so by re-installing the game or clearing the game data you can get rid of a lot of this space. Eventually it probably will fill back up again but you can just re-install it again, make sure you're identified before doing this though otherwise you could loose your account.
