Maybe their busy, or they will get to it later..
I doubt they're ignoring your pms, they're probably just busy and will get to them later like Champ said.

All PRs can check uploads, they're usually checked frequently but sometimes it can take a little time for uploads to be reviewed depending on the time, how many PRs are on, what they're doing, etc. All uploads are always reviewed though even if it does take some time.
