What are the Rules of Fort Events?

I keep hearing things about no EC shop items, no heals, no flags, etc. If possible, can we hear an official statement from Snk, John, or anyone else that might've helped code Fort Event rules.

its starts every 3 hours maybe. you just need a gang and your gang need kill more then others teams. and if your gang will win you will get money prize

some people tould me if your gang takes a base the fort kills will be to 0 and you lose

i dont think that when you will get base your kills go out

I think they should change the fort events for the whole zone...because the base area becomes crowded and causes lag..and besides people tend to shoot and wait in respawn points rather than going in...if it will be implemented on the whole zone it will give a larger field and everyone on the zone can participate it...
